What to Consign:
Wedding gowns no more than 2 years old. Veils, tiaras, bridal jewelry and bridal shoes.
Who can Consign:
Anyone with a bridal gown no more than 2 years old.
Bridal stores with excess inventory.
Bridal stores that are closing.
How to Consign:
Items are taken by appointment only. This is to insure that we give the consignor the proper time in which to evaluate and prepare their cherished items for sale. We do not purchase gowns for resale.
Details:
Items will be priced at 30% to 70% off original retail price.
Bridal gowns should range in original price from $500 to $4000+
Gowns and accessories will be on consignment for 6 months.
Consignor will receive 50% of the sale price.
Once-worn gowns must be professionally dry-cleaned and free from holes, tears or stains and in “like-new” condition. Hemline discoloration may be acceptable since gowns can be hemmed. We offer cleaning for a discounted rate of $150.00.
Consignor is to provide the following information:
- Gown designer.
- Gown size.
- Date and place of purchase.
- Retail price with original sales receipt and/or tags if available.
- Alterations performed.
All gowns can be placed in clear dress bags to help keep them as clean as possible during the consignment period for a fee of $10.00. If you have previously worn the gown, you may bring a photo of yourself in the dress. A copy of the photo will be made and hung with the dress while it is in the store.
